1. Domestic orders: The products ordered can be expected to be delivered within 5-7 days in major metro cities in India and can take anywhere between 8-10 days for other locations in India, from the time the order is confirmed.
2. International orders: Delivery outside India is expected to take up to 15 working days depending on the postal code and mode of shipping. Please include 3-5 working days if you choose to go for stitching. We only ship through reputed courier companies like FedEx, DHL, Arihant etc.

We have a very easy & hassle free exchange policy. If you are not satisfied or happy with your purchase, you must inform us within 3 working Days from the date of receiving the package VIA EMAIL on support@alleyesoverhere.com

We will validate your exchange request via email, only after we authorize it, The product should be returned to us within 7 business days along with original packing, and in the original condition as sent to the customer and you will receive a credit note for the same which can be redeemed within 1 month. Please note that there will be no exchange on products that have been customised, modified or stitched for the customer as per their size.

Please keep in mind that there may be slight variations in the color of the item you receive as compared to the product picture on the website. While the actual color depends on fabric dyes and the weather, the colors seen on the monitor will change according to the light, camera and settings. Hence, the slight difference.
