What is the Exchange policy at ALL EYES OVER HERE ?
WE HAVE AN EASY REPLACEMENT POLICY WHICH IS VALID FOR 30 DAYS
As a company policy we do not provide refund/return on any product once sold.
ORDER ONCE PLACED CANNOT BE CANCELLED.
Once the pieces are sold they CAN be exchanged for any other product of same price or more.
HOW TO EXCHANGE?
Under the rare circumstance that you are not satisfied with the product,
you can inform us via mail on support@alleyesoverhere.com or whatsapp us on +919892736381 within 3 working days or 72 working hours of delivery to request an exchange.
Once acknowledged by the team during next 2 working day on whatsapp, please send the product back to us yourself, we do not have a reverse pickup facility for now.
Exchange manager will help if needed for selection of new product.
Please do not forget to take acknowledgement receipt from the courier person about the number of products you are dispatching with his signature and mobile number. We will not be responsible for any lost shipment.
The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail.
Terms & Conditions:
- If the product is sent back to us without our consent, exchange will not be accepted.
- Exchange of the product will be accepted only once.
- We do not have reverse pick up service as of now.
- Shipping cost is non-refundable.
- Return shipping charges to be borne by the customer.

- If you have ordered multiple products and we are unable to provide certain products from your order, you will be asked to select another product / take a store credit / The amount for only that particular product will be refunded.
- For alterations, you can send the product back to us for which the shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
- Please note:
- Since these products are mostly designer recreations and inspired by bollywood fashion, There can be minor differences in all products. We hope that customers who buy products with beads and sequences understand that it has a tendency to come off. Even with good handling and shipping, this cannot be avoided. Even if we replace such items there are high chances that you will receive a similar product again.
