General

  • The user may carefully read all the information on products and services as provided in relevant sections and also in "FAQ" and get a clear idea of how to order.
  •  We reserve the right to add, delete, alter, or modify these terms and conditions at any time.
  • All products are checked, screened, and assured by the vendors to ensure that the products are of the standard, quality, design, composition, style, or model that they are representative of.
  • The prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of AEOH.
  • Request for cancellations of orders once placed on alleyesoverhere.com shall not be entertained.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment has been received. The fee shall be refunded and the user shall be informed of the same.
  • If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the user (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available) any extra cost spent by AEOH for re-delivery shall be claimed from the user placing the order.
  • Normally an order once placed cannot be canceled by the buyer. However, in the rare case of accepting the cancellation request from the customer, he/she will have to bear the money transaction charges like bank charges, Exchange rate fluctuation, etc.
  • If the user has any questions, doubts, or confusion in regard to any of the terms & conditions set out herein, he/she should seek clarifications from us through support@alleyesoverhere.com and should wait for a written clarification before using the service
  • AEOH shall try to meet the date and time of delivery schedule as given by the user in the order form, Any delayed/ early delivery for whatever reason shall not entitle the user to any damages or compensation from AEOH. Our normal delivery schedule is specifically given in the product description.
  • AEOH does not warrant that the products/services offered will be error-free, that the defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes it available are or will be free of viruses or other harmful components.
  • AEOH attempts to be as accurate as possible with its product descriptions. However, AEOH does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site are completely accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Slight color variation of outfits is possible. If a product offered by AEOH itself is not as described, your sole remedy as the customer is to return the item in its unused condition.
  • All content included on AEOH, such as text, graphics, logos, images, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of AEOH or its content suppliers and protected by Indian and international copyright laws.
  • The User agrees to give accurate, authentic, and true information. alleyesoverhere.com reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the user at any point in time. If any such user details are found not to be true wholly or partly, alleyesoverhere.com has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar the user from using the services of alleyesoverhere.com 
  • alleyesoverhere.com will not be liable for any type or kind of credit card fraud. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on the user and the ones to 'prove otherwise' shall be exclusively on the user. The user must exclusively use his/her own card on the site.
  • Charges such as Custom or Import Duties, VAT, Local Sales Tax, and Clearance charges are not in our or any seller's control and are determined by the respective local government.
  • Hence, customers will be solely responsible for bearing the Customs duty and other clearance formalities for all international orders.
  • AEOH shall not be liable for any delay/non-delivery of ordered goods by the vendors (trade organizations, manufacturers/shops, etc.), flood, fire, wars, acts of God, or any cause that is beyond our control.
  • The User certifies that he/she is at least 18 (eighteen) years of age or has the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
  • AEOH shall not entertain any complaints after 5 days, once the order is delivered.
  • All product images are just for reference only, actual product color, fabrics and designs may vary from the original picture.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment has been received. The fee shall be refunded and the user shall be informed of the same.
  • By submitting our web form, you agree to receive all communications at the mobile number provided, even if this mobile number is registered under the DND/NCPR list under TRAI regulations. For that purpose, you further authorize the Company to share/disclose the information to any third-party service provider or any affiliates, group companies, their authorized agents, or third-party service providers.
  • When you order a product from our website, you confirm to us that you have read carefully and agreed to our Terms and Conditions, Return Policy, Privacy Policy, Stitching policy, and Shipping policy available at the footer of the website.
