How does our tracking system work?
To ensure you stay informed and updated throughout the delivery process, we will be providing you with the tracking details via both email and WhatsApp. An email to your registered email ID is automatically sent once product is shipped from shopify x AEOH. You can also whatsapp us for the same after 4 days of placing the order as usually 3-4 days are needed to process the order.
It takes 7 working days to deliver the product. However, sometimes it may take upto 10 days.
This dual-channel approach is designed to offer you convenience and accessibility, allowing you to track your package seamlessly.
You will receive an email with comprehensive tracking information for your reference, and simultaneously, we will send the same details through WhatsApp, ensuring that you have real-time access to the progress of your shipment.
