Exchange Policy

We want our customers to be happy with their purchase and hence we have a very suitable exchange policy :)

 


If you are not satisfied or happy with your purchase, you must inform us via mail on support@alleyesoverhere.com within 3 Days from the date of receiving the package. We will validate your exchange request on mail, only after we authorize it, The product should be returned to us in our warehouse within 7 business days along with a copy of the invoice, original packing, and in the original condition as sent to the customer and you will receive a credit note for the same which will be valid for 30 days.

Terms & Conditions:

  • If the product is sent back to us without our consent, exchange will not be accepted.
  • No exchanges will be accepted for stitched/customized products & accessories.
  • Exchange of the product will be accepted only once.
  • In case of defects, we may ask for a picture of the damaged product. After reviewing the picture, we may send you another piece of the same design.
  • We can't provide an exchange facility outside of India due to high shipping costs.
  • Shipping cost is non-refundable. It's Rs.100 in most cases. Return shipping is to be borne by the customer and is to be shipped preferably via India Post, no other courier service.
  • Exchange shipping is to be borne by alleyesoverhere.com
  • If you have ordered multiple products and we are unable to provide certain products from your order, you will be asked to select another product / take a store credit / The amount for only that particular product will be refunded.
  • In case of an Exchange/store credit used to order, if the product will be stocked out, the amount will be credited to your AEOH wallet only.
    For alterations, you can send the product back to us for which the shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
  • We do not provide refunds under any circumstances.
  • We do not undertake exchange of custom stitched outfits.


    Please note: We hope that customers who buy products with beads and sequences understand that it has a tendency to come off. Even with good handling and shipping, this cannot be avoided. Even if we replace such items there are high chances that you will receive a similar     product again.
