You may follow the below steps to place an order:-

  • Select your desired item along with the required services.
  • Add the item to Cart.
  • Click on the 'View Cart' button.
  • On the cart page, click on 'Proceed to Checkout' .
  • On the Checkout page, you need to select/enter your Billing & Shipping address incase you are logged in. Else, you need to enter the details and proceed accordingly, Select a payment mode and click on 'Place Order' to complete the payment.
  • On successful order placement the Order ID will be generated and you will also receive an Order Confirmation Email from us.
  • At the top right corner of our Website you will see an option to "Log In" . Click on it and you will be guided to the Customer Login.
  • Enter your Registered Email ID & Password in order to login or you can use your Mobile number and receive the OTP to login into AEOH Store

Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order. If you would like all your items to be delivered together, you will need to cancel your order(s) and place a new order which contains all the items you require.

While we encourage you to order via the website for a seamless experience we do accept orders via WhatsApp also. You can get in touch with our team through WhatsApp on +919892736381 and they shall guide you through the process.

  • An Order Confirmation Email gets triggered instantly from our system on receipt of Payment against an Order. In case the payment is through from your end and still you have not received the Order Confirmation Mail, there might be some technical glitch. It happens in a very rare instance.
  • Alternatively you may login to your My Account and check the status of the order placed by you.

Yes. You can browse through the collection without creating an account and select product you like. But, to be able to buy, you need to set up an account which is a fairly easy process. Due to the high value of the goods that we sell, we require proof of delivery for all orders. This means we are unable to authorise packages to be delivered without a signature.

We are unfortunately unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.

EXCHANGE & RETURN

  • Step 1 : Visit https://alleyesoverhere.com/ and enter your email and password to log into your account
  • Step 2 : Click on My account
  • Step 3 : Click on "My Returns" on the left side menu.
  • Step 4 : Click on the “Request New Return ” button
  • Step 5 : Select the order" .
  • Step 6 : Select the product you wish to return from your orders.
  • Step 7 : Select option from Reason, Condition, Resolution (Only one option is available that's store credit)
  • Once you submit this, the status will be shown to you as pending approval.
  • After approval, click on the print RMA packing slip, attach the slip with the parcel and send us to the given address.
  • The product needs to be shipped by you at AEOH's return address that is: - A-1 Neela buliding kiran rashmi neela society, Prem Nagar, Borivali West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400092
  • Click on a package sent
  • Once we receive the product the status will be changed to closed and the store credit will be deposited. You can shop anything from our website using those credits.
  • Step 1 – Once your return request is approved by us ,
  1. We do not have reverse pick up facility , so you have to send us back the parcel through India Post ( As it is cheapest courier) as per our policy and we expect that you have gone through our return policy before you purchased product from Us .
  2. The shipping charges to send us back the product will be bear by customer while we will bear shipping charges for exchange product that will send back to your home

  • Step 2 :- Once you have shipped the parcel kindly provide us the tracking details .

You can mail us the tracking details on support@alleyesoverhere.com , please do not forget to mention the order ID .

  • Step-3   When your parcel is received by us , we will provide you a store credit in your AEOH wallet within two days.    
  • Step 4 :-  After receiving the store credit, you can place a new order from that.
  • Step 5 :-  Then we will ship parcel back to your address based on the availability of the product . (usual delivery time is 7-8 days ) Once it is shipped we will provide you tracking details.

SHIPPING & TRACKING

  • We deliver to all and any address around the world. However, sometimes due to logistic challenges or high custom duties, delivery may not be possible.

  • Time to dispatch varies from Item to Item. You may refer to the Order Confirmation Mail where in we have mentioned the time to ship against each item(s).
  • If opted for stitching services, additional 3 working days would be needed to ship the item(s).
  • Post shipment the courier takes around 5 to 7business days to deliver the product at your doorstep.
  • NOTE :- Delivery time is also subjected circumstantial situation and may be delayed due to same.
  • Post shipment you will receive an auto generated email which would have the details of the item(s) which has(ve) been shipped along with the tracking information.
  • Or you will get a text message on the primary number that you input at the time of the order.
  • As soon as an item is marked as shipped from our end, an Email with Tracking details / information automatically gets triggered.

  • Post shipment normally an item takes around 3 to 5 working days to get delivered.
  • In rare instances you might experience delay because of clearance at the origin or due to some irregularity/problems with our delivery partners.
  • We do proactively keep a track of such deviations and initiate a follow up with our Courier Partner to ensure the delivery at the earliest.

SIZE & FITTING

  • Dress material(unstitched) implies unstitched fabric only. The fabric will have to be stitched as per your requirement. You can get the same stitched by opting for our stitching services, else you can also get the outfit stitched at your end as well.
  • Semi-stitch implies unstitched fabrics in which styles are pre-constructed with pre-defined neck styles, sleeve style, sleeve length, neck depths & outfit length. You need to get such products stitched as per your requirements.
  • Ready to wear (standard stitching) implies customizing the outfit in as shown style based on bust size only. All other parameters are in accordance with the size chart.

PAYMENTS & CREDITS

Yes definitely. You can easily pay partially via store credit and the remaining balance by selecting the preferred mode of payment.

For your security, whenever you request delivery to a new address we will ask you to provide new credit or debit card details (if you have previously stored them with us). This means that if someone guesses your password and tries to make an order using your account, they will be unable to do so. INTERNATIONAL FAQ

  • Delivery outside India is expected to take up to 15 working days depending on the postal code and mode of shipping.
  • Please include 5-7 working days if you choose to go for stitching.
  • These are indicative & approx. values only and items can be shipped earlier or later also on case to case basis depending on availability of item and other factors.
  • Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes. We will keep you informed on the status of your order including delays if any.

Our site provides stitching services. When you place an order for a lehenga or saree, you can order for stitched blouse as well. Stitching charges are additional, and we have Standard size & Custom measurement stitching options.

  • While placing the order, you can choose to order stitched blouse with your outfits. You must opt for a Ready To Wear or a Custom Stitching option.
  • When you choose Ready To Wear, just select the size you require, and the stitching part is done. (We do not accept any customization in Ready To Wear.
  • If you choose Custom Stitching, then you have to provide all the measurements, we will stitch the product according to the given measurements.
